With the black eyeliner you trace the eye lids lash line and trace it all the way over to the corner of the eye and make it pointy. heres a pic. Then have her put on bright red lipstick. Get a eyebrow pencil liner to fill out her eyebrows. Get eyeliner and create a 'fish-tail' on her eyes. Then get preferably (red) bright eyeshadow and highlight the corner of her eyes. Maybe get a black wig in a bun and get some chopsticks and stick it in the bun.
